Embark on an unforgettable journey into the culture of the island of Cyprus. 
You can explore traditional products, witness the making of halloumi cheese, and experience bread baking in Cyprus. 
Take a stroll through the farm, learn about the history and modern production of olive oil. Discover everything worth knowing about donkey milk and donkeys. Every child can ride donkeys, and adults can ride too (maximum weight 80 kg). 
You can taste everything, from halloumi to our olive products and donkey milk products... and then the fun begins!!!! 
Dinner, wine, lots of music, and dancing!! 
This will be the most unforgettable evening spent on the sunny island of Cyprus!! 

The program:

Arrival at "Golden Donkeys" farm at 17:00
We start with a Halloumi making demonstration. Our chef will show the entire process of making traditional cheese.
Between the start and end of cheese making, we will make traditional olive bread in 30-40 minutes (during the masterclass, there will be drawing for children).
Farm tour for 30 minutes. Tourists can visit the wax museum, traditional Cypriot house, poultry, goats, and of course, the donkeys.
Short donkey ride (10 minutes)
Tasting of agricultural products and donkey milk products for 30 minutes.
Dinner at 19:00: traditional buffet (appetizers, salads, bulgur, village pasta and cheese, baked potatoes with oregano and olive oil, lamb, pork, chicken, wine, water, fruit juice for children)
Cypriot evening at 19:30. Dance program with traditional Cypriot dances
End of program from 20:30 to 21:00
